Ingredients:
- 400 gm Plums fresh golden dry
- 3 glasses of drinking water
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 1 small stick of cinnamon
- 400 Gm Plums (pitted and chopped)
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch of salt
- A dash of black pepper
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Half a tablespoon of lemon juice
- 300 gm teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon Melon seeds
- Almond 8 to 10 pieces

Cooking Directions:
1. Put a saucepan on medium-high heat add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Then add plums, sugar garlic powder and all the spices, Bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium heat till the plums puff up and get soft and your chutney becomes thick and sticky.
3. Once the chutney has reached the desired consistency, add lemon juice, almonds and dried melon seeds, give it another mix, and remove it from heat.
