Easy Lemon Chicken Recipe



This lemon chicken recipe yields tender chicken bites with a dominant flavor of lemon juice, mint and mild spices. Slightly tendy, melty hot with full of flavors. It makes a great starter in get togethers and for parties and can also be served as a side to a main course.

 Cooking Time-40 Min, Serving-3 Persons,


  • 450 Gram Chicken
  • Salt ( As needed)
  • 1.5 White chili powder TBSP
  • 1.5 soya sauce TBSP
  • 3 Maida TBSP
  • 4.5 corn flour TBSP
  • 1.5 egg
  • 3 oil TBSP
  • 1.5 Ginger Garlic paste TBSP
  • 1.5 chili sauce TBSP
  • 1.5/2 chicken stock Cup
  • 4.5 lemon juice TBSP
  • 4.5 lemon juice TBSP

Cooking Method:

  • In a bowl, add chicken, salt, soy sauce, Maida, white Pepper powder (1/2 tbsp Maida), corn flour (2 tbsp) egg and mix them and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In a pan, add cooking oil (as needed) and then add marinated chicken, and fry it till golden brown.
  • Now In a pan, add again cooking oil (2 tbsp), ginger garlic paste, chili sauce, chicken stock, salt, white pepper powder (1/2 TBSP), lemon juice, 1 TBSP corn flour Mixture (Corn Flour + Water), and sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Now add and mix the prepared chicken in it and cook it for more 2 minutes.
