Urwa and Mawra think depression is only created by your diet. Urwa makes a statement:
“There are so many problems these days, we hear someone say that they’ve got depression or mental ‘disease’, but its all because of food! There’s no other reason.”

Some Pakistani celebrities need to educate themselves regarding mental health issues. Talking so carelessly about such an important problem is “NOT”okay.

Eating balanced nutrition is important and it helps you to have a healthy lifestyle, but this is crazy to say Only thing that generates mental disorder or mood disturbances is only your diet.

Sometimes eating too much is a sign of depression not the cause of depression. If you don’t have enough knowledge of something its better not to talk.

Well, she does not understand what debate is about, seems like she missed the point. You can not comment on such sensitive topics if you don’t have enough information, being an influencer it’s your responsibility to be careful with your statements.
