Story:

This drama Dayan revolves around a woman fighting for justice after enduring a series of injustices. The main character is Nihaal Ansari, a young woman whose life is shattered by a tragic turn of events. She grew up in a difficult household where domestic violence, and raising a hand on a woman is routine. She saw an abusive father and encouraging mothers, who justify and tolerate abuse. Nihaal’s father is an arrogant and violent man, due to his aggressive nature he shamelessly brings a fatal series of inequities to Nihaal’s life. This is Nihaal’s journey of Revenge, from falling in love with Hunain to marrying Zawar.

Zawar Shah is a typical rich guy, who is madly in love with his wife Shabab. He is an optimistic and sensible personality. woefully he is blind to his sisters’ scheming and toxicity. Zawar Shah puts his wife first in everything, He doesn’t let his wife Shabab’s Infertility to influence his love or any life decisions, and he comes across as a very supportive and progressive husband.

Hunain Shah, younger brother of Zawar Shah, he is a very humble and kind-hearted young man, who is least bothered about wealth and class. He falls in love with his college fellow, Nihaal, and wants to marry her. Unfortunately, Hunain has no idea that his evil sisters would never allow this.

Shabaab is Zawar’s wife and sadly, facing Infertility. due to her childless marriage, she is encountering indirect remarks about being childless from her sister-in-law. She is well aware of her sisters-in-law’s manipulations, and cannot stand them. But she cares about Hunain.

Review:
Mehwish Hayat is a fantastic actress, and her performances are strong as Nihaal , but she does not match the characther’s age in the drama, as witter she her as young girl. Zawar Shah’s character is refreshing to see a wealthy male lead who is not really tormented with control and money. However, blind to see his sisters scheming and toxicity.
Zawar sisters character are too clichéd and typical, nothing new to offer. Their track is boring and precdictible.
Some actors appearances not matched with their characters ages, Zawar Shah’s both sisters are showing typical greedy, manipulative and evil from the core and their husband’s are no exception.( how stereotype).
Hunain, the youngest of all Shah Family, is a university student, again does not look like a young university going boy. His character seems to be unreal to me, he fall in love with Nihaal just because she looks sad and propossecher for marriage in 2nd meeting. He loves his elder brother like a father but respect Shabab.
However Hunain express his wish to marry Nihaal irk both the sisters and the conspiracy begins.
