Qissa Meher Bano Ka has been written by Fakhra Jabeen and directed by Iqbal Hussain, and It is a Momina Duraid production.

This episode begins with Meher Bano prying and asking dua for some unfinished work. Meher Bano lives with her father and niece Noor. Meherbano’s father is a professor and a very upright person.

Meherbano’s niece Noor is full of life but the careless girl and blames her grandfather for their modest living style as she is not pleased with things she has around.

Mehar bano’s cousin Mehran is in love with Meherbano and wants her to accept him as a person who loves her. But Meherbano ignores his feelings as she got married 10 years ago but due to some family conflict never went to her husband house. Mehran knows everything and is ready to accept her as she is and indirectly pleading her to move on.

Mehran’s mother warns him that she will never accept Meherbano. As she does not like her and blames her for being a curse.

This episode was bit slow and more like an introduction of characters. Noor has a bit too much screen time which looked quite unnecessary. I enjoy watching Zaviyar Nauman as Mehran, a very good performance by him. Mawra as expected completely turn into Meherbano and has a lot to deliver. My expectations are very high from this drama.
