A young student of Pakistan’s renowned University Comsats (Islamabad) died of cardiac arrest in the university on Friday after the administration failed to provide necessary medical attention.

The student Inam was only 22 years old and doing BBA from Comsats Islamabad.

Inam felt sharp chest pain during his university hours and collapsed due to low blood pressure.

The Comsats (Islamabad) administration reportedly failed to deliver immediate medical treatment and also refused students to bring in their private cars to take Inam to the nearest hospital.

However, the administration of Comsats (Islamabad) denied all allegations. According to their official statement, The student Inam suffered from a massive cardiac arrest and was immediately rushed to the medical center where he was given emergency treatment by trained medical professionals.

After administering emergency treatment, the student was rushed to the National Institute of Health Medical Complex, Islamabad for further treatment. However, the hospital authorities declared the student dead on arrival.the official statement said.

The student Inam’s body was handed over to the family after they refused the postmortem of the late student.
