Review:

Kiran is an appreciative girl and got married to the man her parents selected for her, without knowing what kind of man Saif is. It is hard to believe in today’s time when phone calls and internet access connect you instantly. Nowadays if someone refuses to talk before marriage it’s taken as a trouble sign. So this part was a bit unrealistic for the present time.

However, Saif marries Kiran, because his parents pressured him. He went out his anger on Kiran on the first night of their marriage and cleared her that she imposed on him by his parents.

Saif is in love with Faryal and not ready to leave her and vice versa. Sarah, Saif’s sister overheard Saif’s conversation with Faryal and confronted him. Sarah requested Saif to move on in his life and treat Kiran with respect. Saif’s father continues scolding him for his rude behaviour towards Kiran and again pressures him to continue his marriage life with dignity.

Kiran expresses her worries to his family and her mother understands the problem. but Kiran’s father brushed off this red flag in her daughter’s marriage. Kabir (Kiran’s Uncle) advises Kiran not to compromise her respect and dignity at any cost, But Kiran does not get the hint. Kiran went back to the house with Saif and ignored all the red flags in her marriage. She got pregnant but Saif was not pleased with this news.

Everyone advises her that now all is going to get in place because you are going to be a mother and now he has to take care of you and his child, and somewhere Kiran was also dismissing all the hazards in her marital life. Kiran wanted to continue her marriage with Saif and give her best in the relationship, despite it’s all one-sided.

Saif’s mother tries to cover up these gaps with her care and love but in the end, Kiran wants Saif’s love and care. Unfortunately, Saif’s father died and it’s changed all the dynamics in Kiran’s life. Soon after his father’s death, Saif informed his wish to marry Faryal and also mentioned that he was not going to stop this time.

Kiran pleads with Faryal not to break her family as Saif is the father of her child. But Faryal told her that she and Saif were all set to marry. This news broke Kiran’s heart and she was left with no choice.

Kiran is an educated and progressive woman but still bagging to her husband and his girlfriend, only for the sake of her child. She did her best to save her family. Is this a societal pressure that makes Kiran forgive her husband’s extramarital affair and want to continue this toxic, love-less marriage with no affection from the partner?
