The story begins with Murtasim who is an angry, arrogant and strong-headed feudal but he does care about his people and can do anything to protect them. On the appeal of his village people, he does not think for a moment and straight away goes right to the house of his rival Maliks and there he threatens his son at gunpoint. It was a typical Jagirdaar fight scene.

Review:
Meerub beating a man on the street was a little over the top, Well, who does that? the fight between Murtasim and Malik’s son is also unnecessary. As we all get the impression that Anwar is Meerub’s biological father that makes me confused, why would a wealthy, traditional woman give away her daughter? Irrational!

Amma Begum’s Jargga in the lawn scene was so unnecessary. Amma Begum lives in Hyderabad Not in the village.
Meerub’s birthday moment was a little funny, and acting in that specific scene was all over the place. When Amma Begum announces Meerub and Murtasim’s engagement on her birthday in Hyderabad at that moment I was expecting a blast from Meerub.
Haya is insanely in love with Murtasim and goes to any down just to win Murtasim’s heart. But do we need this type of character in our dramas?
