Shalini has filed a case against her husband Honey Singh, alleging sexual violence, mental harassment, and financial violence, including domestic violence.

She mentioned that the differences between the two cropped up right from their honeymoon when he started acting distant and even hit her when she confronted him about it. They got married on January 23, 2011, and recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.

In her complaint, Shalini has accused Honey Singh of engaging in extra-marital sex with multiple women. She has also provided details of the physical, verbal and emotional abuse that she had allegedly been subjected to by the honey Singh and his family.
