Qurat-ul-Ain Baloch, the mother of four, was murdered by her husband brutally,on Thursday in Barrage Colony, Hyderabad.

She had reportedly been tortured for hours until she fainted after being hit on the head by her husband. He then strangled the poor woman to death.

Around 3 or 4 in the morning, she died at the spot, and her husband went to drink in the car. Their eldest child is aged 9 while the youngest one is only 2 years old.

The suspect, identified as Umar Memon, he reached to the hospital with his wife’s body earlier this week. The police arrested him there.

He confessed to beating and assaulting the victim for months. The couple have four children together. An FIR has been registered and a post-mortem examination was conducted. 

The family of the woman has, on the other hand, claimed that the police changed the post-mortem report. they have expressed dissatisfaction with the police’s investigation.
