The Recipe of Yum Tandoori Chicken Kabab


Tandoori chicken, a dish of roasted chicken marinated in yogurt and generously spiced, giving the meat its trademark red color. It is the name for the cylindrical clay oven in which it is cook as a tandoor. The grilling method makes tandoori chicken healthy as it doesn’t require much oil and retains the proteins. This dish is mostly like by Pakistanis and Indians as this dish is spicy and they are spicy lovers.



  • 1 kg Chicken 
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1tsp Roasted cumin
  • 1tsp Black pepper
  • 1tsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1tsp Green chili
  • 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Red chili 
  • 1tbsp Raw papaya
  • ½tsp Yellow color
  • ½tsp Carom seeds
  • 4tbsp Lemon juice
  • As required Oil
Cooking Time: 35 mins,  Serves: 4-5 Persons


  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, roasted cumin, black pepper, desiccated coconut, ground green chilies, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, raw papaya, yellow color, carom seeds and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Now make small Pattie of mixture and Bake in Oven or Bar.B.Q.
