Intermittent exchange of fire continues: DG ISPR
Pakistan Army responded effectively. 5 Indian soldiers killed, many injured, bunkers damaged. Intermittent exchange of fire continues. , Inter-Services Public Relations Director General Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor said.
He announced that the Indian army had increased firing along the LoC as part of “efforts to divert attention from the uncertain situation in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir”.
DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor said, the Pakistan armed forces, in a counter-attack, had killed five Indian soldiers and injured several others while bunkers were also destroyed.
The Pakistani soldiers who embraced Sahadat are Sepoy Ramzan, Naik Tanveer, and Lance Naik Taimoor.The firing attack from Indian forces comes on 15th august, India’s independence day.
Pakistan is observing the day as Black Day in sequence to protest against the continuous Indian barbarities, clear human rights violations, and pressure of curfew in occupied Kashmir.
